The incidence of Bell\'s palsy, lower in children than adults, high recovery ratio of children than adults. Results: surface neural lost paragraph, and level paragraph, and vertical paragraph of FN/F c, in children corresponding for: 0.31 ± 0.08 (13 cases), 0.35 ± 0.10 (23 cases), 0.18 ± 0.12 (25 cases), milk bursting paragraph of FN/FC also minimum; in adult corresponding for 0.46 ± 0.07 (9 cases), 0.52 ± 0.17 (10 cases), 0.37 ± 0.04 (9 cases), milk bursting paragraph of FN/FC also minimum.

Research shows that, in the temporal bone specimens, FN/FC children significantly smaller than the adult. Previous experiments found that after cutting off all of the facial nerve, early degenerative swelling more than 2.14 times times, equivalent to half of the facial nerve swelling is 1.44 times after times. If the swelling 2.14 times as seriously compromised the performance of the facial nerve, the experimental samples of temporal bone in children, 19.2% of the facial nerve will only stun by the facial nerve Canal and adult specimens in the temporal bone, 80% of the facial nerve will stun by the facial nerve Canal. Nerve damage in person, when swelling 1.44 times times equivalent to half of the nerve, facial nerve in temporal bone specimens of the child are not exposed to hoop in the facial nerve Canal, while the adults are still 20% of the facial nerve is the hoop of the facial nerve Canal.
